How Liberal Are You?

Here's kind of a fun thing--an interactive quiz from the Center for American Progress that presents you with a series of questions. Your score will give you a ranking on a scale of 0-400, with zero being the most conservative and 400 being the most progressive.

Take it and see how you do.

What's your score? I came in at 356, held back probably by my support for free trade, skepticism that government will solve all problems (although I realize the flaws of the free enterprise) and realization that some unions have corruption problems (although I support unions in general).

How did you guys score in the 300's? Give 10's for stuff you agree with and 0's for stuff you disagree with?

Most of my answers were between 4 - 6. Only unions deserves the 0 because they destroyed the American auto industry and any other industry that must pay it's own way in the world. Unions in the public sector don't count because government can run a trillion dollar deficit and not go out of business.

Pretty glad I didn't get a score that was too extreme in either way whilst still getting a more liberal-leaning one

I scored a 74. Don't believe in handouts and I feel that government, the most inefficient entity known to mankind, should rarely be the solution to almost any problem
